Every member is expected to pay a certain (fixed) amount on monthly basis starting from N2, 500 upwards. After one year each investor is entitled to all contribution and 20% among other benefits such as subsided seminar rate, subsidized financial material, free Money matters Magazine, free seminars. An investor can choose any affordable amount per month.

We administer investment club for churches, companies and a whole lot of other people.

Ethics and by-laws

•  All club members shall abide by the ethics, protocols and by-laws of this club which begins with completely filling the form and signing the agreement.

•  All club members shall pick one of the rank of the investment club (#2,500 #5,000 #10,000 #20,000 #25,000 #50,000) monthly into the club and the money either in cheque, cash or draft must reach the corporate office latest by the 10 th of each month or else attracts a penalty of #500 flat which will not be included in your invested fund.

•  All club members shall be entitled to a maximum of twenty percent (20%) of invested funds per annum guaranteed by the management regardless of situation of the general investment.

•  All club members must leave their investment for a minimum of one year before any money can be collected or retrieved. Any club member who asks for his money or part of his money before the window time is complete shall forfeit any interest whatsoever on his investment and forfeit twenty percent (20%) of the capital.

•  No club member can borrow or ask for a loan from the club for any purpose at any time as this is not a cooperative or thrift society but an investment club.

•  The fund managers have the sole authority to determine where and what the money should be invested into without any interference from club members.

•  All club members shall apart from the purchase of the pay a one time non refundable membership registration fee of one thousand naira only (#1000), this is not part of their investment fund. It is upon receipt of this that you get a membership /club I.D card, one Money Matters magazine, membership form and 20% discount on all our books and commence investment.

•  All club members can increase their monthly investment after one year but can not reduce it until after one year or else they pay a penalty of forfeiting five percent (5%) of the returns on their investment.

•  No payment will be accepted in reverse, all bulk payments will be recorded forward.

•  All payments will be made in favour of Set Consultancy Services Limited.
